Dr. Oz's Green Drink Recipe

In yesterday's post I said that I've been drinking something called the Green Drink now after I work out every morning. I figured that some of you may be curious as to how you make it so heres the recipe for Dr. Oz's amazing drink.

  • 2 Cups of Spinach
  • 2 Cups of Cucumber
  • 1 Head of Celery (4 Stalks)
  • 1/2 Inch or Teaspoon of Ginger Root
  • 1 Bunch of Parsley
  • 2 Apples
  • Juice of 1 whole lime
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Dr. Oz recommends that you make this in a blender or juicer. This recipe makes 28-30 Ounces which is enough for 3-4 people. Even Oprah Winfrey calls this her "glass of fresh" Well, here is a picture of the final product. It looks disgusting but tastes great so drink up and enjoy!
